REQUEST for PROPOSALS (RFP)

The RFP has been issued to the RFQ short-listed teams. (Project Update - September 15th, 2004) These teams will be asked to submit binding proposals describing how they intend to meet the requirements of the Sea-to-Sky Highway Improvement Project DBFO Arrangement. The Ministry of Transportation will select a contractor using clearly defined evaluation criteria as outlined in the RFP.
